Before fabrics are put into storage, professional quality inspectors will screen raw materials that meet the standards through 8 indicators including color fastness test, abrasion resistance test, and shrinkage test, preventing “inferior materials from entering the production line”.
During the production process, we implement a dual mechanism of “self-inspection in each process + special inspection by dedicated personnel”: sewing technicians must self-inspect the stitch density (standard: 8-12 stitches per centimeter), thread tension and joint firmness after completing every 10 products; quality control specialists conduct random sampling inspections every hour, using magnifying glasses to check for minor issues such as thread ends and skipped stitches. For high-end customized products, we also invite “sewing craftsmen” with more than 20 years of experience to conduct final re-inspection, ensuring neat stitches, beautiful patterns and meeting customers’ high requirements.
2. Injection Molding Quality Control: The Precision Art in Molds
The quality of injection molding products relies on the dual guarantee of “mold precision” and “parameter stability”. We have built a solid quality control line from the mold development stage, using a coordinate measuring machine to accurately detect mold dimensions, ensuring that the mold precision error is controlled within 0.005mm, and avoiding product problems such as dimensional deviation and surface depression from the source.
During production, the intelligent quality control system is fully involved: temperature sensors monitor the temperature of each section of the barrel in real time, and an alarm is triggered immediately if the deviation exceeds ±2℃; visual inspection equipment performs 360° scanning on each injection molding product, automatically identifying defects such as flash, material shortage and color difference with an accuracy rate of 99.8%. For products used in high-end fields such as medical care and aerospace, we also conduct additional performance tests such as compression resistance, high temperature resistance and aging resistance, and issue detailed quality inspection reports to ensure that the products fully meet industry standards.

The quality of silicone products depends on the scientific nature of the formula and the stability of the process. We have established an exclusive silicone formula database, and accurately adjust the ingredient ratio according to different application scenarios — for silicone used in baby products, we strictly control the softness (Shore hardness 30-40 degrees) and conduct non-toxic and odorless tests; for silicone used in industrial seals, we strengthen the tear resistance, ensuring the tensile strength reaches more than 8MPa.
In the process link, we focus on controlling the vulcanization temperature and time, and use an intelligent vulcanization furnace to achieve precise temperature control (error ≤ ±1℃), avoiding product stickiness caused by insufficient vulcanization or product brittleness caused by over-vulcanization. During finished product inspection, in addition to conventional size and hardness tests, we also conduct environmental adaptability tests such as oil resistance and acid-alkali resistance to ensure that silicone products still have stable performance in complex scenarios. All silicone products have passed authoritative certifications such as SGS and FDA, allowing customers to use them with confidence.
