1. Sewing Innovation: Intelligent Upgrade Empowers Precise and Efficient Production

The traditional sewing process is highly dependent on manual skills, which easily leads to problems such as unstable product quality and low production efficiency. We have realized the intelligent transformation of the sewing workshop through two core technological breakthroughs. On one hand, we introduced AI visual recognition sewing equipment, which can automatically identify the edge of the fabric and adjust the sewing path in real time, reducing the error rate of stitching to less than 0.1mm, and improving the production efficiency by 50% compared with manual operation.

On the other hand, we developed a “digital sewing management system” that connects equipment, materials and workers in series. The system can monitor the sewing speed, stitch density and material consumption in real time, and predict possible equipment failures in advance, realizing the whole-process digital management of the production line. For the special requirements of thick fabric sewing in the industrial field, we also independently developed a heavy-duty sewing machine with adjustable needle pressure, which can easily handle fabrics with a thickness of up to 20mm, filling the gap in the domestic market for related equipment.

2. Injection Molding Innovation: Precision Control Creates High-Performance Structural Parts

The precision and stability of injection molding products are directly determined by the level of mold technology and injection parameter control. We have made major breakthroughs in two key technologies of injection molding. In terms of mold development, we adopted 5-axis CNC machining technology to process mold cores and cavities, which improved the mold precision to 0.005mm, ensuring that the surface of the injection molded products is smooth and burr-free, and the dimensional consistency is greatly enhanced.

In the aspect of injection parameter control, we developed an intelligent injection control system based on industrial Internet of Things. The system can collect more than 20 parameters such as melt temperature, injection pressure and cooling time in real time, and compare them with the optimal parameter database built by big data to realize automatic adjustment of parameters. This technology not only solves the problem of product defects caused by manual parameter adjustment, but also reduces the scrap rate from 5% to less than 1%. For the production of high-temperature resistant injection molded parts, we also successfully developed a composite material formula of “special engineering plastic + glass fiber”, which makes the product’s heat resistance temperature reach 280℃, meeting the application requirements of aerospace and other high-end fields.

3. Silicone Innovation: Formula Optimization Breaks Through Performance Limits

Silicone products have a wide range of applications, but different scenarios have increasingly strict requirements on their performance. Our R&D focus is on optimizing the silicone formula to break through the inherent performance limitations of traditional silicone. For the silicone seals used in new energy vehicle batteries, we developed a “nano-reinforced silicone formula” by adding nano-silica particles, which not only improves the tensile strength of the product by 40%, but also enhances the acid and alkali resistance, ensuring the safe operation of the battery in harsh environments.

In addition, we have made innovative breakthroughs in the functionalization of silicone products. We successfully developed conductive silicone materials for the field of electronic equipment, which have both the flexibility of traditional silicone and good electrical conductivity, and can be used to produce conductive gaskets for electronic components, effectively solving the problem of electromagnetic interference. For the medical field, we independently developed a degradable silicone material that can be gradually degraded in the human body after completing its service life, avoiding the risk of secondary surgery for patients to remove the implant, and has obtained relevant medical device certifications.

4. R&D-Application Integration: Connecting Technology with Market Demand

We have always adhered to the R&D concept of “market-oriented and application-driven”, and established a “technology-market” two-way communication mechanism. Our R&D team regularly goes deep into the market to communicate with customers, understand the pain points and potential needs in product application, and convert them into specific R&D topics. For example, after learning that customers in the outdoor industry have high requirements for the water resistance and wear resistance of silicone-coated fabrics, we immediately launched a R&D project, and finally developed a “double-layer coating silicone fabric” through process improvement, which has both permanent water resistance and wear resistance of 100,000 times.

At the same time, we actively carry out cooperation with universities and research institutions, establish joint laboratories, and introduce cutting-edge technologies and talents. Through the integration of industry, university and research, we have accelerated the transformation of scientific research achievements. In the past three years, we have transformed 12 R&D achievements into marketable products, creating significant economic benefits for both the company and customers.
